What really stood out was how organized everything felt from start to finish. The timeline was clearly laid out, and there wasn’t a lot of downtime between phases. You can tell they’ve done this a lot and have a solid system in place. The finished garage looks like it’s always been part of the house, which is exactly what we wanted. It was a lot of work and I will say you must be around to make sure things are being done to your satisfaction , mistakes can happen but with common sense communication it can be accomplished.   • Completely “redoing” two bathrooms simultaneously can be daunting and quite scary. But that is exactly what we had Tridel do for us. I can’t say the task was easy, but with tremendous support from Tridel, it was completed with very, very minimal hassle and…are you ready for this?!…ON TIME!!. The finished “product” more than met our expectations. Costs were exactly as “pre-defined” by our project manager, Isaac. No surprises what so ever! For us, two very important considerations were: 1. Project manager/coordinator must be readily and almost immediately available for our questions and concerns; 2. The craftsman employed for all phases of construction must be highly skilled, reliable and detail oriented. I am happy to report that Tridel met our expectations 110%.

  • Due to a leaky tub my home was in need of repairs and I decided to remodel while I was at it. Arsen did a great job of guiding me through the process. Arsen was also able to point me in the right direction of where to pickup cabinets and other materials as my budget dictated. He checked in regularly and always let me know what was going on. Between Arsen and Alex (foreman) the project ran smoothly with work being done on schedule. Then when the project grew from one bathroom to three in total they handled it with ease. For other projects Tridel will be my first stop.

  • Let me start this review by simply stating that Tridel Construction is absolutely awesome. My mother-in-law was in need of converting her master bathtub to a walk-in shower. We called a number of general contractors for estimates and Tridel was the most responsive. Andy Z., a Tridel Construction Project Manager, did the initial estimate. He was professional, attentive and helpful, listening to our list of wants for the project. After our initial appointment, Andy had the estimate completed within 24 hours. My mother-in-law decided on Tridel Construction, so Andy returned with the required paperwork and patiently explained everything to us. The project started exactly on schedule. The Tridel employees who arrived to demolish and remove the master bathtub were meticulous. They left the house spotless after they left. After removing the master bathtub, it was discovered that during the initial construction some 20+ years ago, the contractor ran the HVAC/air conditioning lines under the bathtub. Unfortunately, the lines had to be relocated before the project could continue. Andy Z. coordinated this repair with the HVAC company Tridel contracts with. Once that was completed, the remodeling continued. Each work day, Tridel personnel arrived early. Andy Z. was on-site every day as was one of their field supervisors. All of Tridel s employees were a pleasure to work with. During the project, Andy Z. had a personal matter arise and Arsen S. filled in as our Project Manager. He was as efficient, polite, and responsive as Andy Z. Tridel finished the project in the approximated time period, not including the delay caused by the HVAC issue. The completed remodel is absolutely stunning! Tridel converted the master bathtub into a walk-in, door less shower, with tiled floors and walls, and a shampoo niche. The craftsmanship of all their employees was beyond belief. During my 60+ years on this earth, I have had the opportunity to deal with a lot of different contractors and tradesmen. I can honestly tell you that Tridel is the only general contractor I will use for any of my future projects and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.   • Tridel Construction was wonderful from start to finish. We had flooring replaced throughout our house, painting done throughout the house, had the cabinets refinished in the bathrooms, had toilets and a sink replaced as well as a countertop in the bathrooms, and remodeled the kitchen. Tridel contacted us and met with us very quickly to get the ball rolling on our projects. We first met with Andy Zhukov who went over all the projects we wanted to do and met with us to select some materials. It was a pleasure meeting with Andy and he was always available to answer our questions or send a new cost breakdown when we changed our minds on things. We then met with Arsen Sayyants to sign the contract and begin work on our house. Arsen and his team are amazing! He always took the time to answer our questions, he would check on the work being done, and he made sure that we stayed within our budget if changes were made. He also made some awesome suggestions for our kitchen and bathroom projects. We took his advice and they turned out more spectacular than we had imagined! Our neighbors have projects they’d like done as well and we have recommended Arsen and Tridel Construction to them too. We will definitely be contacting Arsen and using Tridel Construction again for future projects!
